Child and Family Privacy

Legal entity. Lumavel LLC is a Virginia limited liability company (established 2026). Lumavel LLC is the legal entity responsible for the Lumavel services and policies described on this page. Governing law for these documents is the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. 3CL Holdings is a portfolio brand only and is not a contracting party — see Holdings portfolio notice.
WanderGames and Iter Discendi are for children and families. Independent Lumavel accounts belong to a parent, guardian, or a person 13 or older.

Some Lumavel products are made for children, families, and all ages. This notice is how we handle that.
1. Which products this covers

2. Independent accounts
A Lumavel account (Clerk: email/password or Google) is for a parent, guardian, or a person 13 or older. Children under 13 must not create their own Lumavel account.
If a child uses WanderGames or Iter, the signed-in user should be the parent or guardian. Guest WanderGames play does not create an account.
3. What we collect on child-directed play
- WanderGames catalog play: game use on the device; optional analytics only if Cookie Preferences allow Analytics (off until accepted; GPC turns analytics off). No third-party analytics scripts.
- WanderGames custom boards: stored on the signed-in Lumavel account so they survive a lost phone.
- Iter: learning progress tied to the signed-in Lumavel account.
- We do not sell personal information. We do not use interest-based advertising. We do not load Microsoft Clarity or Metricool.
4. Parents’ rights
A parent or guardian may:
- Review or request deletion of personal information we hold
- Refuse further collection (stop using the product; reject analytics)
- Use https://lumavel.co/privacy/delete to clear stored data and keep the account, or to delete the account and everything with it. Or email privacy@lumavel.co
We will delete account-held data as described on that page. Device-only settings (theme, nicknames) stay on that browser until the device is cleared.
5. What we do not do
- Independent Clerk accounts for children under 13
- Child-directed AI chat or image generation that stores a child’s personal information
- Behavioral advertising
- Sharing children’s personal information for marketing
We do not claim COPPA “certification.” We follow this notice and US children’s privacy rules as they apply to these products.
