Legal entity. Lumavel LLC is a Virginia limited liability company (established 2026). Lumavel LLC is the legal entity responsible for the Lumavel services and policies described on this page. Governing law for these documents is the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. 3CL Holdings is a portfolio brand only and is not a contracting party — see Holdings portfolio notice.

Terms for Lumavel LLC. Adult registration, Business Hub, newsletters, and ordinary tools are open. Child profiles, Plaid, and Plaza seller onboarding remain paused.

Contracting party: Lumavel LLC (“Lumavel,” “we,” “us”), a Virginia limited liability company.

These Terms govern your use of lumavel.co and Lumavel services that are currently open. Related policies: Privacy, Cookies, Subscription & Refunds.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3CL Holdings is a portfolio brand only and is not a contracting party.

2. Eligibility

  • Independent accounts are for individuals 13 or older.
  • Business accounts and Business Hub subscriptions are for adults (18+) or properly authorized business users.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. What is open vs paused

Currently available (adult / ordinary business use):

  • Account registration and sign-in
  • Business Hub subscriptions and ordinary Hub tools
  • Newsletter subscription with unsubscribe
  • Contact forms
  • Payments for open products, with pricing shown at checkout
  • Adult AI features when enabled, subject to on-screen warnings and vendor processing

Temporarily paused until we finish required processes and product terms:

  • Child accounts and stored profiles for children under 13
  • Features that collect children’s personal information
  • Child-directed AI prompts, images, chat, or persistent child identifiers
  • Bank linking (Plaid)
  • Plaza and TCG seller onboarding, seller transactions, and public seller uploads
  • Other public user-generated content marketplaces still marked as gated on the site

We may expand or restrict features by updating these Terms and the site notice.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law
  • Upload malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Misrepresent your identity or age
  • Use the services to harm minors

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or risk to the platform or other users.

5. Payments

Paid products are billed through Stripe. Prices, renewal intervals, and what you receive are shown at purchase. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Subscription & Refund Policy.

6. AI features

Some tools may send the content you submit to third-party AI providers (for example Google Gemini) to generate a response. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

Lumavel and its licensors own the service, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you create. You grant Lumavel a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service you use.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lumavel disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lumavel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid Lumavel for the service at issue in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date on this page and keeping prior versions in our records. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
