Cookie Policy for Lumavel LLC. Essential cookies always run; Preferences and Analytics run only with your choice through Lumavel’s first-party Cookie Preferences.

What we use:

  • Essential — session, security, checkout, consent record.
  • Preferences — optional remembered settings.
  • Analytics — only after consent; GPC turns analytics off.
  • No default advertising cookies or ad pixels.

1. What we use

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad pixels as a default stack.

2. How you choose

Lumavel provides its own first-party Cookie Preferences banner and settings (not a third-party policy host).

  • You can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customize categories.
  • You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer or legal pages.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat analytics as off.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie / local record (currently named lumavel_consent) with a version and timestamp so we know which preference set applies.

3. Other storage

The site may use local storage or session storage for essential app state (for example cart or age-eligibility for independent signup). That storage is not used to override a “reject analytics” choice.

4. Changes

When cookie categories or tools change, we will update this page and the consent version as needed.
