Legal entity. Lumavel LLC is a Virginia limited liability company (established 2026). Lumavel LLC is the legal entity responsible for the Lumavel services and policies described on this page. Governing law for these documents is the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. 3CL Holdings is a portfolio brand only and is not a contracting party — see Holdings portfolio notice.

Privacy Policy for Lumavel LLC. It covers adult accounts, Business Hub, newsletters, contact, payments, and consented analytics — and states what stays paused (children under 13, Plaid, Plaza sellers).

This Privacy Policy describes how Lumavel handles personal information for the services we currently offer to adults (13+) on lumavel.co and related Lumavel products. We will update it when we add or reopen features.

1. What this policy covers

It covers:

  • Account registration and sign-in (Clerk)
  • Business Hub subscriptions and ordinary business tools
  • Newsletter signup (with unsubscribe)
  • Contact forms
  • Payments processed by Stripe
  • Optional analytics only after you consent
  • Adult use of AI features when those features are available

It does not currently authorize:

  • Accounts or stored profiles for children under 13
  • Collection of children’s personal information for dependents
  • Bank linking (Plaid)
  • Plaza / marketplace seller onboarding or seller uploads
  • Public user-generated content marketplaces that are still gated

2. Information we collect

Depending on what you use, we may collect:

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and secure the service you signed up for
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Respond to contact and support requests
  • Send newsletters you opted into (you can unsubscribe)
  • Improve reliability and prevent abuse
  • Comply with law

4. Processors we use

We use service providers to operate the platform, including:

  • Clerk — authentication
  • Stripe — payments and billing
  • Supabase / hosting / Vercel — application data and hosting
  • AI vendors (for example Google Gemini) — only when you use an AI feature that sends your input to that vendor
  • Analytics tools — only if you consent to analytics

Each provider processes data under its own terms and our instructions where applicable.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies are required for sign-in, security, and checkout. Preferences and analytics are controlled through Lumavel’s first-party Cookie Preferences. Details: Cookie Policy.

Global Privacy Control (GPC), when detected, is treated as a signal to disable analytics.

6. Age and children’s data

Independent accounts are for users 13 years of age or older.

Children under 13: We are not currently offering child accounts, parent-managed child profiles that store children’s personal information, or child-directed AI features. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, email privacy@lumavel.co and we will delete it.

7. Your choices and requests

You may:

  • Update account details in your account settings
  • Manage cookie preferences on the site
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message
  • Cancel paid subscriptions through Stripe’s billing portal (see Subscription & Refund Policy)
  • Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@lumavel.co

We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

8. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use industry-standard protections (HTTPS/TLS in transit; access controls; encryption for certain sensitive tokens when those features are enabled). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes

When we change this policy, we will update the effective date and keep prior versions in our records. Material changes will be posted on this page.
