Email cadence
Recommended defaults:
- Daily digest — one email combining all orders (best for busy shops).
- Each order — immediate email per sale (best when orders are infrequent).
Optional override address; default is your Clerk account email.
SMS & Telegram (opt-in)
You can save preferences now. Platform delivery activates when enough partners request it in Town Hall. Env flags: MARKETPLACE_SMS_ALERTS_ENABLED, MARKETPLACE_TELEGRAM_ALERTS_ENABLED.
WhatsApp is not offered on Plaza alerts.
Low stock
Low-stock events use the same channel settings and respect digest cadence.
In-app preferences
/notifications → toggle Shop alerts (seller_alerts category).
