Contact, shipping, returns, and policies before you go live.

Why it matters

Buyers need contact info, shipping expectations, and return rules before checkout. Shop setup must be complete before the launch checklist allows your shop to go public.

Steps

  1. Dashboard → Shop setup (/lumavelshoppingplaza/seller/dashboard/shop-setup).
  2. Fill public contact email and optional phone.
  3. Add shop address (origin for shipping estimates where applicable).
  4. Write return policy and processing time (how long until you ship).
  5. Add a short shop blurb — shown on your storefront.
  6. Save — seller_onboarding_completed_at is set when required fields pass validation.

Shop display name

Edit your display name from the dashboard header; slug stays stable for URLs.

Your trust tier grows with completed setup, sales, and badges. See the trust ladder card on the dashboard and Plaza policies.
