Lumavel Town Hall Program
The Town Hall is Lumavel's stewardship ladder — not bigger discounts, but greater responsibility in community and mission governance.
Members earn ranks by referring creators, partners, and community members. Everyone can suggest ideas; higher ranks earn deeper participation — especially on community missions alongside Founding Patrons.
The Town Hall is not moderation and does not grant admin authority. It rewards contribution, participation, and caretaking of the Lumavel community.
Town Hall ranks (Citizen → Ambassador) track community growth. The ladder is about stewardship — voting access, proposals, and mission leadership — aligned with family, faith, and service.
Participation, not gatekeeping
Everyone can suggest ideas. Founder tiers and Town Hall ranks earn deeper responsibility — not the only voice in the room. Influence grows through stewardship, not locked-out voting.
Community Project Pipeline
Rally Lumavel around real-world service — food drives, school supplies, prayer campaigns, local cleanup, holiday support, community gardens, and more. Separate from software roadmaps.

Submissions and discussion live in The Lumavel Shopping Plaza Discord for now — not website forms. Lumavel tracks Town Hall ranks and Founder tiers in the database; Discord roles for Citizen→Ambassador sync after you connect on /refer. Founder tier roles (Partner / Steward / Patron) are tracked at purchase — bot auto-assign for those roles is not wired yet.
Final project votes and resource allocation roll out in Discord and Town Hall channels as governance tooling ships.

Mission initiatives are not software features. Final approval sits with people who have invested in Lumavel stewardship — Founding Patrons and Ambassadors who have demonstrated long-term community care.
Founding Patrons & Ambassadors — Ambassadors earn status by growing the ecosystem (50+ approved referrals). Patrons invest in lifetime partnership. Together they help decide which community project Lumavel should rally behind.
Citizen
Unlock: 1 approved referral
Citizens are full participants in the conversation. Final product and mission votes sit with founder tiers and senior Town Hall ranks — not because your ideas do not matter, but so everyone can speak before anyone decides.

Founding Patrons and Ambassadors hold final votes on which community project Lumavel rallies behind. Town Hall ranks unlock proposals, discussions, and stewardship — not a monopoly on ideas.
