If you diamond paint, you know the problem: bags of drills everywhere, codes on paper, and no easy way to answer “Do I have enough of that color for this kit?” We built Lumavel Stash Matcher to fix that—and to line up with the diamond painting kits we sell on Lumavel Prism.
What It Is
Lumavel Stash Matcher is a free web app for your drill inventory: DMC-style codes (and other systems), round or square, quantities, low-stock alerts, and notes. Sign in, add lines or import a CSV, and your stash lives in one place.

What You Can Do
- Inventory — Track color codes with quantities; optional color names, system (DMC, Dotz, etc.), shape, and low-stock thresholds. Color swatches help you spot codes at a glance (approximate display colors; real floss and drills vary by lot).
- Import & export — Bring in spreadsheets (CSV or XLSX) with merge or replace; download CSV or JSON when you need a backup or to edit offline.
- Shopping list — Build a restock list; you can pull low-stock lines into it in one click.
- Compatible kits — We compare your stash to Prism products in the diamond painting category that ship with a palette manifest (DMC counts per kit). You get a clear read on how well your inventory matches each kit—strict matching, weighted scoring, or color coverage, depending on what you need.
Purchases and the catalog stay on Prism (lumavel.co/prism); Stash Matcher is the companion for what you already own and what you can build from it.
Why We Built It
Same rules as the rest of Lumavel: privacy-first, no ads, no selling your attention. You sign in so your inventory is yours—not a public leaderboard. We’re a small team; we use this kind of tool ourselves and wanted it to exist without tying it to a marketplace gimmick.
