Every application follows the same path: a human moderator reviews it personally. We welcome creators, small businesses, and service providers through one inclusive process — not separate tracks by category. We verify identity, protect customers, and uphold community values. If a shop is not the right fit for our family-rooted mission, we reach out respectfully and explain our faith and family reasons — we do not publish a pre-approval blacklist of product types.
Our goal is to become one of the most trusted communities for creators and small businesses. Commerce is the vehicle. People are the mission. Community is the destination.

Low fees are part of how we operate. A modest annual shelf fee per listing, 3% on sales when you earn (1.5% for Founding Partners), and Stripe processing passed through. We grow when you grow.

Behind the platform
A message from our founders
Lumavel isn't backed by corporate venture capitalists or Silicon Valley billionaires. It is an independent, family-owned ecosystem being built by a son and his mother working nights, weekends, and every spare hour available.
Our goal is to create a calm, intentional space where small businesses keep more of what they earn. But for us, this company is also a deeply personal bridge. Right now, our founder lives and works in Virginia, while his two boys and daughter live in Texas. Success for Lumavel means generating enough baseline stability to allow a dad to run this ecosystem full-time, cover our operational overhead, and relocate back home to Texas to be with his children.
When you set up a shop, purchase a founder tier, or share a referral link, you aren't lining the pockets of a corporate boardroom. You are supporting a real creator, and you are helping a family get back together.
