Lumavel must comply with applicable law. Illegal products, counterfeit goods, fraudulent listings, and material that violates law are not permitted on the platform.
Many direct-sales companies restrict third-party marketplace resale in distributor agreements. Shops that depend on those models may not be compatible with Plaza for contractual reasons — that is a legal compliance matter, not a judgment on individuals who participate in direct sales elsewhere.
Beyond clear legal lines, fit is decided through the same manual application and listing review process described in Partner admission. We handle those conversations directly and respectfully rather than posting exhaustive prohibited-category lists ahead of time.
