We're not currently hiring but are establishing our remote work foundation. This policy will guide our future Alpha Vanguard team members.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ THE LUMAVEL SOVEREIGN WORKFLOW POLICY

Built on the Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) model - we pay for Output, not presence.

1. The Philosophy: Metrics Over Clocks

At Lumavel, we do not pay for your presence; we pay for your Output.

The Sovereign Rule: We do not track "hours logged." We track Milestones Met.

The Freedom: You are a Sovereign Citizen. Whether you work at 3:00 AM or 3:00 PM is irrelevant to the Mission, provided your deliverables are submitted on time and at 4K-fidelity.

2. The Compensation: The $20 Floor

Base Pay: All remote roles start at a minimum of $20.00 per hour (calculated based on task-estimated completion time).

Payment Transparency: In line with the $5.00 margin model, our payroll is transparent. You will always know exactly how your work contributes to the $1,000 monthly survival goal.

3. Communication: The "Signal" Protocol

Since we don't use a "9-to-5" clock, our communication must be surgical.

Async First: Use the private Alpha Vanguard group/Discord for non-urgent updates.

The "Zero Rot" Meeting: Meetings are only called when a text-based blueprint fails. If a meeting can be an email, it must be an email.

Availability: Define your "Active Strike Window"โ€”the 2-4 hours a day where you are available for real-time collaboration. Outside of that, your time is your own.

4. Equipment & Security: The Shield

Digital Fortification: Remote workers are responsible for their own hardware, but Lumavel provides the "Software Steel." All work involving the Sovereign Archive must be done via encrypted channels.

Asset Integrity: Any high-fidelity assets (Prism textures, codebases) remain the property of Lumavel and are to be protected from "The Rot" (leaks or unauthorized distribution).

5. Accountability: The "Vetting" Clause

Performance Checks: If a Vanguard member fails to meet their weekly metrics without communication, their "Alpha Status" is reviewed.

Radical Honesty: If you are struggling with a task, signal the Commander immediately. We solve problems as a unit; we do not hide them behind "fake" progress.
