During your 14-day trial, actually use Lumavel in your business and help us improve it. Tell us what works, what doesn’t, what confuses you, what you love, and what you think is missing.

Complete our required feedback checkpoints during the 14-day testing period and, if you are one of the first 10 qualifying participants to complete the program, we’ll upgrade your account to one full year of Lumavel Business Hub at no charge.

We want honest feedback — positive or negative. Criticism will never disqualify you. We would rather learn what needs improvement than receive praise you don’t mean.

Optional paid third-party services such as bank connectivity, payroll, and other usage-based integrations are not included.

What “complete” means

Published before launch. We do not grade whether comments are positive.

  1. Complete onboarding.
  2. Use Lumavel on at least 5 separate days.
  3. Complete at least 10 meaningful actions (customers, jobs, expenses, invoices, tasks, etc.).
  4. Complete a Day 3 feedback form.
  5. Complete a Day 7 feedback form.
  6. Complete the Day 14 final feedback questionnaire.
  7. Participate in one short feedback interview or recorded product-feedback session.

Trial needs no card. After 14 days, choose monthly or yearly to keep the full Hub — Toolkit stays free either way.

Paid plans: $59.99 monthly or $599 yearly (recurring until canceled).

14-day no-card trial: full Hub access, then read-only pause until you subscribe. We never auto-charge without a payment method on file.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid unless stated otherwise.

Cancel in your account billing portal after subscribing, or email billing@lumavel.co from your account email.

Canceling does not usually refund the current billing period. Refunds may apply for duplicate charges, billing errors, or other cases described in our Subscription & Refund Policy.
