This is Lumavel's lane for fully custom POD: you supply the artwork or photo; we lay it up, fulfill through Printify, and ship transparently priced goods. The Emporium stays open — that catalog is Lumavel-selected designs you can buy today. Same mission; separate shelf.

Quality review before production

We personally review each paid Lumavel Custom order—file suitability, placement, and shipping details—before it is approved for production. Reviews run Monday through Saturday, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., in our local time.

Sunday is a company-wide day off for family and faith: we do not process order reviews or production approvals that day. Orders paid outside the weekday window—or anytime on Sunday—are queued and reviewed at the next scheduled window (starting Monday evening when applicable).

Assisted mockups — included

If you're overwhelmed by design tools or short on time, send us your photo and a plain-English brief. We email a visual mockup; you approve, then checkout at the same product price philosophy as self-service—no punitive "setup fee."

Compose artwork in-browser at blueprint print pixels, save to Lumavel Storage, then pay through Stripe. Ops receives your PNG and shipping address for review (Monday—Saturday, 5–10 p.m.; Sundays off per company calendar).
